These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nano Prompt Studio ("the App"), a desktop and tablet application developed and published by Muhlis Karaca, operating as Likafilm ("we", "us", "our"), based in Munich, Germany.

By purchasing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Description

Nano Prompt Studio is a native application for macOS and iPadOS that provides a professional interface for AI-powered image and video generation. The App operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model: users provide their own API keys from third-party AI providers to use the generation features.

The App is a standard digital product sold as a one-time purchase. No subscription is required.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the App on devices you own, subject to these Terms. You may not:

The App is available for purchase through the Apple App Store and authorized third-party platforms. All transactions are processed by the respective platform. We do not directly handle payment information. Pricing is displayed at the point of sale.

Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you purchased the App (e.g. Apple's refund policy for App Store purchases).

The App connects directly to third-party AI services using API keys you provide. These services include, but are not limited to:

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, content policies, or conduct of third-party providers. API costs incurred through your keys are your responsibility.

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. API keys are stored locally on your device (in the macOS Keychain or iPadOS secure storage). All API calls go directly from your device to the respective third-party provider. We have no access to your prompts, generated content, or API keys.

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Muhlis Karaca / Likafilm. All rights reserved.

Content you generate using the App and your own API keys belongs to you, subject to the terms of the respective AI providers regarding generated content ownership.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party services at all times. Third-party API availability and pricing are beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Likafilm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to costs incurred through third-party API usage, loss of data, or generated content.

10. Updates

We may release updates to the App that include new features, improvements, or bug fixes. Updates distributed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's update mechanisms. We are not obligated to provide updates but strive to improve the App continuously.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they offer greater protection.
